Topographic conditions at location of "Uvac-Sjenica" dam made it possible to form another reservoir in catchment area of Uvac-Sjenica. Water from the storage is used for this dam and existing downstream hydropower plants in catchment area of rivers Lim and Drina. The main purpose of this storage is to accumulate water during the rainy season in order to be used by hydropower plants during the dry season.
